The Crown Medical Centre operates an in-house compliments and complaints procedure. We aim to provide the best possible service for all of our patients and any compliments received from patients are shared with the individual and the whole team.
However, there may be occasions when you feel that you have not been given the best service. If you wish to make a complaint please phone or write to Sharon Grinter (Reception Supervisor) or Vivienne Postma (Operations Assistant). They will take full details of your complaint and advise what action is to be taken.
