The surgery operates an in-house compliments procedure and we aim to provide all of our patients with the best possible service. Any compliments from patients or visitors are greatly appreciated and are shared with the individual as well as the whole practice team. If you wish to compliment a member of our staff, please email the surgery on email@example.com for the attention of the practice manager.
Comments or suggestions
We also operate an in-house comments or suggestions policy. We are happy to receive feedback from patients regarding any aspect of the surgery. It could be feedback about appointments, the telephone system or the building. Whilst welcome any comments from patients, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to implement your suggestion.

As well as operating an in-house compliments and feedback policy, the surgery also has an in-house complaints procedure.
Whilst we try our best to provide all patients with a good standard of care, we understand that there may be occasions you feel unhappy with the service we have provided. If you feel that it cannot be resolved by discussing it with one of our reception team, please telephone, email or write to either; Charlotte Barham, Deputy Practice Manager or Sharon Grinter, Reception Supervisor. They will take full details of your complaint and advise what action is to be taken.
